OUR STORY…
After several years of working directly for payment processing companies, Jeff started SalesHEAD Services in 2016 focused on “doing things differently” from most in the industry.
Transparency became our first priority followed by ‘processing’ education. “There’s a real lack of understanding among most business owners around processing costs that is perpetuated by the industry through misleading pricing practices, lack of billing standardization and aggressive sales tactics”, says Jeff. “All of this leads to a very poor reputation for merchant services companies and terrible customer experiences”!
“Our goal is to change all of this with our focus on transparent, open-book pricing, education and delivering direct support and service to our clients” adds Rosie, whose HR and Customer Service background adds a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
As a bi-lingual wife and business partner, Rosie has also opened up the door to serving the Spanish-speaking business community as well. Gracias Rosie!
